Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In the interest of transparency and to regulate registration procedures, the Red Sea Forum for Development and Training adopts the following policy regarding cancellation and refund requests:

First: 100% Refund

• A 100% refund of the amount paid to the forum’s accounts will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted before March 31, 2026, with deduction of financial intermediary fees (electronic payment gateway fees).

Second: 50% Refund

• A 50% refund of the amount paid to the forum’s accounts will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted before April 30, 2026, with deduction of financial intermediary fees (electronic payment gateway fees).

After April 30, 2026

• The forum shall have no obligation to refund any fees, and the registration shall be considered final and non-refundable.
