Red Sea Forum for Development & Training

We are pleased to welcome you as a speaker at the Red Sea Forum for Training & Development, a professional event that brings together leading training and development experts and knowledge creators for a modern and inspiring learning experience.

The forum will be held on May 9–9, 2026, in voco Jeddah Gate by IHG – Al Fayha District – Ahmed Mohammed Ali Street, Jeddah.

Important Notes

Participation fee as a speaker for a paper or as a participant in a panel session: 2,000 SAR , which includes the Final Registration fee of 1200 SAR , guaranteeing the holder access to the forum and all its activities.
Participation fee as a speaker in the public session (Trainer Experience – Future Leaders – Personal Marketing – Success Story) for 5 minutes: 1,500 SAR , which includes the Final registration fee of 1200 SAR , guaranteeing the holder access to the forum and all its activities.
Payment completion procedure: After the Scientific Committee evaluates the submissions and approves the names of the selected participants for the forum activities, the accepted participants will be contacted to complete the remaining payment and necessary procedures.

⚠️ Important Notice:

Submissions of working papers begin on February 3, 2026, and the deadline is Tuesday, March 31, 2026.
Fees do not include airfare, accommodation, visa, or transportation costs.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
In the interest of transparency and to regulate registration procedures, the Red Sea Forum for Development and Training adopts the following policy regarding cancellation and refund requests:

First: 100% Refund
A 100% refund of the amount paid to the forum’s accounts will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted before March 31, 2026, with deduction of financial intermediary fees (electronic payment gateway fees).

Second: 50% Refund
A 50% refund of the amount paid to the forum’s accounts will be issued if a cancellation request is submitted before April 30, 2026, with deduction of financial intermediary fees (electronic payment gateway fees).

After April 30, 2026
The forum shall have no obligation to refund any fees, and the registration shall be considered final and non-refundable.
